Two popular Sonoma County eateries are preparing to shut their doors as April comes to a close.
Per Sonoma Magazine, Dutch Door Donuts in Healdsburg will serve its final handcrafted treats this Sunday, April 26, citing circumstances beyond the owners’ control. Meanwhile, in Sebastopol, the Italian-American restaurant Campanella is set to close on April 30 after less than a year in business.
While Campanella marks the end of a long-held dream for owner Tom Rutledge, Dutch Door Donuts fans can still find the brand at its original Carmel location.
Both businesses expressed deep gratitude to the community in emotional social media farewells.
