The City of Petaluma is bringing big-name musical headliners back to the main stage for this summer’s annual fair after hearing complaints from disappointed attendees last year.
According to the Petaluma Argus-Courier, the city took over operations of the historic event last June, opting for a quieter, small-town vibe that completely omitted major national acts.
This year’s fair, themed “Past, Present, and Future Luma,” will feature a diverse lineup, including American Idol runner-up Will Moseley, pop-rocker Eric Hutchinson, and the reggae-rock band The Expendables. Sunday will also mark the return of the fair’s traditional Latin Heritage Day, featuring a full slate of regional bands beginning at 5 P.M.
The highly anticipated community event is scheduled to kick off on Friday, June 19th.
