ABC/Randy Holmes(LOS ANGELES) — Chloe Grace Moretz can breathe a little easier now that she’s won a permanent restraining order against a man she claims is “mentally ill and stalking her,” according to court papers obtained by TMZ.

A judge granted her the order on Wednesday, ordering Terry Daniel Quick to stay at least a hundred yards away from the Neighbors 2: Sorority Rising actress for three years, according to the documents.

Moretz, 19, requested the restraining order earlier this month, according to the gossip website, citing a couple of incidents in November: One in which she claims Quick showed up at her house to confront her; another in which he allegedly followed her and her boyfriend, Brooklyn Beckham, to a concert and a club.

The restraining order reportedly also offers protection for Chloe’s mother, Teri, and brother Trevor, who answered the door when Quick allegedly showed up to their home.
