California is ending its mask mandate in health care settings today. That means patients and visitors no longer have to cover up inside hospitals or doctor and dental offices. Same for workers, who also won’t be asked to show proof they’ve been vaccinated against coronavirus. This comes about a month after the COVID state of emergency was lifted. The only rule left now is isolation for those who test positive.
