Cloverdale is getting closer to having its own state-of-the art healthcare facility. Alexander Valley Healthcare recently bought two-point-eight-acres of land for one-and-a-half-million-dollars. It’s planning to use that land to build a three-story, 40-thousand-square-foot medical facility. The price tag for construction and equipment is expected to come to about 40-million-dollars. The building will effectively replace three small, aging healthcare facilities in Downtown Cloverdale.
