Thirty citations were issued by Santa Rosa police during a DUI Checkpoint Sunday night. Nearly 800 drivers went through a CHP checkpoint at Santa Rosa Avenue and Oceanic Way during which three were cited for driving under the influence. Nearly 70 people underwent a field sobriety test. The other 27 drivers were cited for other violations, including driving without a license or with a suspended license.
