A DUI driver has been arrested near Petaluma High School. Just before school was to be let out yesterday afternoon, an officer monitoring traffic for school saw a vehicle speeding in front of the High School and made a traffic stop. They contacted the driver, 43-year-old Catherine England, and noticed she was intoxicated. She was arrested for DUI with a blood alcohol content of more than 4 times the legal limit of .08-percent.
