The Good Stuff – Farmhouse Inn

In this episode of The Good Stuff presented by the Sonoma County Winegrowers, hosts Virginie Boone and Karissa Kruse talk to Joe Bartolomei, Owner of Farmhouse Inn & Sonoma County Winegrower.

About Joe Bartolemei

Joe Bartolomei is a lifelong Sonoma County resident and co-owner of the acclaimed Farmhouse Inn & Restaurant in Forestville along with his sister Catherine. A hospitality visionary and dedicated community advocate, he has long championed the region’s winegrowing and tourism industries. Joe’s deep connection to Sonoma County runs generations back: his family founded Giovanetti Ranch in 1911, farming apples, prunes, and heritage wine grapes on the land where he and his sister Catherine grew up in Russian Rivey Valley. Today, Joe brings that same spirit of hard work, stewardship, and family tradition to everything he does—from running a world-class inn to supporting local agriculture and the people behind it.

About the Farmhouse Inn and Restaurant

The family-owned property was purchased by Foley Entertainment Group in 2023 and features 25 guest rooms, a Michelin-starred fine dining restaurant called The Restaurant at Farmhouse Inn, and a more casual dining spot called FARMSTAND. Guests can also enjoy amenities like a spa, heated pool, and various activities like winery tours and fitness classes.
