Sonoma County Focus – Snoopy in Orbit at the Charles M. Schulz Museum

sonomacountyfocussquare

Host Michelle Marques talks with Gina Huntsinger, Museum Director of the Charles M. Schulz Museum, about the latest exhibit: Snoopy in Orbit. This is a once in a lifetime opportunity to see actual Snoopy plush that have orbited the moon, visited the International Space Station, and spent more time than any human in outer space. NASA and Charles Schulz have a special relationship going back to the early days of space exploration. There is even a special Snoopy pin given to those who work on the safety of NASA's manned missions, and each of these pins has been to space before it is presented.

The exhibit is open now through January 14, 2024 so be sure to bring your friends and family to check it out before Snoopy blasts off on another adventure!

As part of the exhibit, and in honor of the museum's 21st anniversary, there will be a special talk and book signing featuring former astronaut Mike Massimino on August 5th. Don't wait, get your tickets today.
