Ask the Expert: Dr. Walter Tom – Tired Eyes

aesthetic

Dr. Walter Tom of Dr. Tom Cosmetic Surgery talks with host Robin Berardini about procedures that can open up tired eyes and give you a more youthful, approachable look. Initially, Dr. Tom recommends fillers above the eyes where we tend to furrow our brow, and also at the corners of the eyes, or the crows feet area. Next, using EZ PRF Gel under the eyes can help with texture, pigmentation and volume. Dr. Tom says prior to using the EZ PRF Gel, it is a good idea to build up the foundation underneath the eyes using Renuva (fat off the shelf) or your own fat. And finally, blepharoplasty (aka eyelid surgery) can help those with excess skin to open up the eyes.

On Air with George Adair – Fed Raises Rates Again, Time to Consider a HELOC

george-adair-headshot-e1580254840128

George Adair of CrossCountry Mortgage breaks down the news from the Federal Reserve and the announcement of another quarter of a percent rate hike. As inflation continues to make everything more expensive, more and more people are reaching for their credit cards to make every day purchases. George warns against this slippery slope, especially with credit card rates being so high. Now is the time to look at a Home Equity Line of Credit, or a HELOC, as a better strategy to consolidate debt under a much lower interest rate.

Contact George Adair by calling (707) 583-8100 or go online to georgeadair.com.
