Sonoma County Focus – Winterblast 2023 in the SofA District

sonomacountyfocussquare

Host Michelle Marques talks with Spring Maxfield, producer of Winterblast which is coming up on Saturday, November 4th from 3pm to 8:30pm in Santa Rosa's South of A Arts District. This winter tradition has been going strong for nearly two decades and features two parades of fantastically decorated sofas that glide down A Street at 5pm and 7pm. The festival is also a celebration of the arts with open studios, live music on multiple stages, vendors, performances, stilt walkers and circus performers, crafting stations, food, beverages, and merriment!

You can support Winterblast by donating at their GoFundMe page (this helps with permits and other costs); you can volunteer to help; you can become a sponsor; and of course you can join in the fun as a spectator or decorate a sofa and join the parade! Follow Winterblast on Instagram or Facebook! Winterblast is produced by the Santa Rosa Urban Arts Partnership.
