Host Michelle Marques talks with Letitia Hanke, CEO of ARS Roofing and founder of The LIME Foundation. One of the programs offered by The LIME Foundation is focused on helping our youth find rewarding careers in the trades. Through personal experience, Letitia Hanke discovered a lucrative career in roofing that not only gave her financial independence, but also self-reliance. Too often, young people think that the only option after school is college or starting at the bottom in low-paying jobs with little room for advancement. The NextGen Trades Academy hosts FREE online classes with training and exposure to industry
