Host Michelle Marques talks with Kevin Adler, Communications Manager at Vitalant about the urgent need for blood donations in Sonoma County and throughout the state. The recent series of storms made it difficult for people to get to blood drives in order to donate blood, and so there is now an urgent need for donations. The process is very easy, and over half of the population is eligible to donate. Sadly, only a small fraction of those who are eligible actually donate, so every donation is precious.
