Thousands of Obamacare supporters rallied outside of San Francisco city hall on Sunday afternoon to show their support for the affordable care act. Mayor Ed Lee and Democratic leader Nancy Pelosi were among the leaders of the event, which saw simultaneous rallies across the country. A march in defense of Obamacare is being planned in San Francisco on February 1st.
