Two men are under arrest and at least three pounds of heroin was seized during a drug bust in Santa Rosa. The bust happened yesterday at an apartment on Timothy Road, across from Roseland University Prep High School. Armando Hildago Sandoval of Stockton and Gerardo Robles Vasquez of Santa Rosa were booked on several drug trafficking charges. The heroin seized had a street value of between 24-and-30-thousand dollars.
