A more than one-million dollar water pipeline project in Petaluma is set to get underway soon. Repairs to the more than 50-year-old pipeline that runs from downtown Santa Rosa to Petaluma are expected to begin as soon as July and is likely to cause traffic delays along Petaluma Boulevard South. The crucial pipeline delivers water to over 600-thousand people in Petaluma, Cotati, Rohnert Park and northern Marin County. Funding for the project comes from Sonoma County ratepayers.
