A mock airplane crash drill is scheduled to take place at Charles M. Schulz-Sonoma County Airport. Cindy Forman with the Rincon Valley and Windsor Fire District:
The drill will run from 10am to noon today with emergency agencies from around the county and about 40 to 50 volunteers from nearby schools playing the role of victims. The volunteer victims will be taken to Memorial and Petaluma Valley hospitals so medical personnel can train for how to handle such an emergency. The drills are required by the FAA every three years.
