Four teens are facing charges in connection with an assault earlier this month in a Santa Rosa high school parking lot. The attack occurred on August 5th at Maria Carillo High School where the suspects reportedly confronted the female victim regarding posts she made on social media. Four female attackers and one male punched and kicked the victim while she was on the ground and one of them is suspected of using a taser on the victim’s head. The male suspect is believed to have been armed with a gun to keep others from trying to help the victim and witnesses reported hearing gang references regarding the color of the clothing the victim had been wearing.
