Author, TV personality, chef, winemaker, and now, filmmaker Tyler Florence discusses why he decided to create the documentary “Uncrushable”, when he decided to get involved after the fires began, the Grateful Table meal that brought first responders and fire survivors together the month after the fires, when he realized the story was so much bigger and needed to be shared with the world, the reaction from viewers outside of the North Bay, and why he believes it’s the best things he’s ever created:
