Four people busted for auto burglary in Windsor are prime suspects in many of the 150 vehicle break-ins reported in the last three-months all over Sonoma County. Sheriff’s authorities believe they committed five-to-ten break-ins every night and most of the vehicles were unlocked or unsecured. Three of the four were arrested about 4:00 last Thursday morning after tools were stolen from several work trucks and the fourth was captured at a Fairfield hotel. They are identified as residents of Richmond, San Pablo, San Rafael and the San Joaquin County town of Vernalis.
