Interview: Supervisor Hopkins talks about CARES program and tenant protections

KSRO’s Michelle Marques talked with Sonoma County Supervisor Lynda Hopkins of the 5th District about the need for volunteers to help distribute food to the vulnerable here in Sonoma County, as well as the protections put in place for tenants (both residential and business) here in the State of California. Supervisor Hopkins also talked about the implementation of the CARES Act in Sonoma County, and shareed the Virtual Local Assistance Center information for those needing assistance in applying for the Payroll Protection Plan as well as unemployment assistance.
