GINGERBREAD FOLKS
Ingredients:
Butter: 1 pound
Fresh ginger: 1 t
Ground ginger: 1 t
Ground cinnamon: 1 t
Ground Cloves: ¼ t
Ground Pink Peppercorn: ¼ t
Brown Sugar: 440 grams
Eggs: 1 egg, 1 yolk
All-purpose flour: 720 g
Baking powder: 8 g
Salt: ½ t
Method:
Cream butter with spices
Add sugar
Add eggs
Add dry ingredients
Roll out between plastic or 2 sheets of parchment
Chill
Cut out and Bake!
350 degrees until edges golden
