California’s breweries, wineries, and distilleries can reopen for outdoor service beginning tomorrow, regardless of whether they serve food. According to a new state public health guidance, those businesses, including those in Purple and Red Tier counties, can allow customers on the patio if they adhere to a few guidelines. Customers will have to make reservations in advance and will be on a 90-minute time limit before they must leave. Previously, breweries and wineries in Purple and Red Tier counties had to serve meals on site in order to stay open, as per restaurant guidelines.
