San Francisco and Santa Clara counties are looking to be in the Orange Tier on the coronavirus tier list soon. Health officials said yesterday that Orange Tier changes for both counties are expected to take effect as early as Wednesday. In the Orange Tier, some additional businesses can reopen with up to 25-percent capacity, while other businesses that are already open can expand up to 50-percent. All other Bay Area counties are currently in the Red Tier.
