Santa Rosa Police say a man was shot and killed at a house party. The shooting happened early yesterday morning at a house off of Lazzini Avenue. The victim was identified by police as 28-year-old Sergio Santana of Santa Rosa. Officials are still figuring out the events that led up to the shooting, but no arrests have been made. Sonoma County is offering $25-hundred dollars as a reward for any information that leads to an arrest.
