State officials moved Lake County out of the red tier on the coronavirus tier list. The county moved into the less-restrictive orange tier yesterday morning, and now some businesses can increase their customer capacity and reopen outdoor venues. Other businesses would be reopening in limited capacity for the first time. Lake County becomes the fifth North Bay county to reach the orange tier.
