Officials say another catalytic converter theft resulted in two arrests in Petaluma. Police stopped a car at the intersection of Corona Road and Sonoma Mountain Parkway yesterday. Officers had searched the area for the suspect vehicle after getting a call from a resident on Colombard Road who heard a saw being used near their home. Police arrested Luis Gonzalez Hernandez and Anders Garcia. A search turned up several tools in plain sight. Police also found a car near the area and found a catalytic converter that was partially cut but was still attached to the car. Both suspects were booked into jail.
