The city of Santa Rosa will have to pay penalties as a part of a settlement over the death of a police detective due to the coronavirus. Santa Rosa will have to pay nearly $10,000 to the California Division of Occupational Safety and Health. The agency issued four citations to the city after investigating the death of Detective Marylou Armer in March of last year.
