Protestors gathered in Healdsburg to express their opposition against vaccination mandates. Somewhere between 60 and 80 people showed up to city hall last night to protest the mandates, as they knocked on the windows of the public chambers demanding to be let inside. Protestors were at the council meeting to support Healdsburg Councilwoman Skylaer Palacios, who has revealed that she is not vaccinated. Palacios was not at the rally. The Press Democrat reports that some of the protestors compared the vaccine mandate rule for meetings to what happened to the Jews during the Holocaust. A portion of the demonstrators were finally able to go inside but were told that the regularly scheduled meeting had to go virtual because of a tense atmosphere.
