A celebration of life has been planned for a beloved Santa Rosa nonprofit worker who died last month. This Thursday at 3 p.m. the celebration of life will be held for Vince Harper at the Finley Community Center. Harper was the director of community engagement at Community Action Partnership of Sonoma County. The event will also be streamed live.
