California Congresswoman Doris Matsui says she tested positive for COVID-19. The Democratic Representative from Sacramento announced Wednesday that she has the virus despite being fully vaccinated and also getting a booster. Matsui said she is experiencing mild symptoms, and will continue to isolate for the time being.
