The state says that 207 people died of the coronavirus as California health officials reported 12,098 new COVID-19 cases on Thursday. Yesterday’s fatalities reportedly boost the cumulative, coronavirus-related death toll to 82,589. Total case count now stands at 8,283,568. Authorities report that 70-percent of California residents are deemed totally vaccinated against the virus.
