California’s rainy season is making yet another impact on the record drought. Two areas at each end of the state are now only considered “abnormally dry.” That means Del Norte County near the Oregon border is technically not in a drought anymore. Same for parts of Imperial and Riverside counties near the southern border. This milestone comes after a report found there’s no longer any place ranking at the worst level of “exceptional drought.”
