Santa Rosa police have arrested a man in possession of a firearm who is prohibited from owning them. Yesterday evening, police conducted a probation search of the trailer of Juan Barrigan, a convicted felon, on the 4000 block of Jobe Lane in Santa Rosa. Police made several calls for Barrigan to exit the trailer but there was no answer. Officers entered and found Barrigan lying next to a shotgun. Officers also located ammunition for several different caliber weapons. Barrigan was arrested without incident.
