State leaders joined Governor Gavin Newsom this weekend to tour areas of California hard hit by the recent storms. Speaking in the North Valley Saturday after surveying the damage from recent storms, Newsom and lawmakers pledged to do whatever they could do to help restore Californians’ lives to normalcy. Newsom says they’ll work with FEMA to target those communities that require direct assistance. Residents are reminded to hang onto their receipts for repairs so they can receive financial aid.
Governor Newsom Tours Flood Damage Throughout the State
