The Windsor Town Council is expected to formally make it illegal to take part in vehicle sideshows. An ordinance, expected to pass Wednesday, will make it against the law to participate in sideshow activity, street races and reckless driving exhibitions on public streets and off-street parking facilities. The ordinance would also apply to passengers and spectators, not just drivers. The ordinance was already approved on its first reading on December 21st. Santa Rosa took similar legal action against sideshows last year.
