A 19-year-old woman remains in critical condition after after being struck by a vehicle in a Santa Rosa Crosswalk. It happened Friday evening at Hoen Avenue and Sierra Creek Lane when the woman was hit by a Honda Civic. She was taken to a local hospital while the driver remained at the scene and spoke to police. The driver did not appear to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol. Investigators are still trying to figure out the details of the crash.
