A 55-year-old man is behind bars on suspicion of firing a gun during an argument inside a home in northwest Santa Rosa. Armando Castellanos-Flores was arrested Wednesday, one day after the shooting. A 28-year-old man was injured after getting hit by what police are calling “fragmenting material.” Investigators say the suspect fired five rounds after arguing with the victim. During a search of the home, officers also found six unregistered guns and two high-capacity magazines.
