Healdsburg City Council Delays Vote on Changing Housing Project

A vote regarding the North Village Housing Project in Healdsburg has been delayed. The plan for the four parcels includes a senior living community or multi-family housing, a 108-room hotel and a mixed-use residential and commercial area. The Healdsburg City Council hoped to reduce the number of units on the parcels from 80 units to 77 units. However, they have postponed that vote until April 17th. The current plan would reserve 15 of the 80 units for very-low and low-income residents, 39 for those with moderate incomes, and the remaining 26 will go to middle-income residents. The 77-unit plan would have 40 very-low and low-income units, 13 moderate-income units, and 24 middle-income town homes.
