A wanted felon in Santa Rosa was arrested after an hours long standoff with police. Wednesday night, officers went to the 1100 block of Morgan Street to arrest 27-year-old Julio Hernandez. They learned from a woman at the apartment that Hernandez was there but possibly had a gun. Additional officers and SWAT were called in as a result. Police contacted Hernandez and, after several hours, he surrendered. He was arrested on multiple counts including domestic violence, hit and run, and felony charges.
