A teen boy was arrested for DUI and hit-and-run after a crash in Petaluma. Early Friday morning, a caller reported a crash at the intersection of East Washington Street and South McDowell Boulevard saying that a blue truck fled the scene. The caller followed the pickup westbound over the East Washington Street overpass and saw the driver and passenger switch seats, as the vehicle was stopped in the middle of the roadway. The truck ended up parking at the Gateway Shopping Center where police arrived and detained the two teens. They determined one of them was driving drunk at the time of the crash and arrested them. More alcohol and marijuana were found in the truck.
