A portion of Fulton Road in Santa Rosa is still open to drivers. The half-mile lane on the southbound side of the road was supposed to close Monday, ahead of a planned 12-week repaving and construction project. But, it’s been delayed to next Tuesday, April 18th. Santa Rosa city communications director Jaime Smedes says resources were not prepared for this week. The closure is part of a larger project to reconstruct and widen a one-mile section of Fulton Road between Guerneville and Piner Roads.
