A Sonoma man has been arrested after a gun was found in his car. A Sonoma County Sheriff’s Deputy contacted Omar Lucas-Tzintzun on the morning of April 25th near his car near the intersection of Railroad Avenue and Boyes Boulevard. The deputy recognized Lucas-Tzintzun and knew he had an outstanding arrest warrant from our county. They talked and Omar said he had a gun under the passenger seat of his car. He claimed that he found it earlier in the morning when walking his dog. Since Lucas-Tzintzun wasn’t allowed to own a gun, he was arrested for two firearm related charges and the outstanding warrant. He was released two days later with pre-trial supervision terms.
