Two suspects charged with murdering a man outside a Santa Rosa bar have plead not guilty. Richard Ponce and Braulio Garcia III entered their pleas yesterday for the charges of murder, attempted murder and assault with a deadly weapon. Ponce is charged with fatally shooting Asante Vandyke while Garcia is accused of stabbing two other victims. The attack occurred outside a bar at Mendocino Avenue and Carrillo Street near downtown Santa Rosa on February 1st. Louis Robert Campos is a third suspect from the attack that is still on the loose. However, authorities haven’t publicly accused him of anything and hasn’t been charged.
