A suspected firearms trafficker has been arrested in Santa Rosa. Earlier this month, detectives began to investigate 36-year-old Christian Ramirez and, yesterday, officers served a search warrant of his home on the 3600-block of Primrose Avenue in Santa Rosa. They found evidence of firearms manufacturing and several illegal firearms in his possession. Many of those firearms were not in compliance with California assault weapon laws or had illegal modifications. There were several guests at the home at the time of the search. They were later released. Ramirez was arrested for two gun possession charges and two gun manufacturing charges.
