A groundskeeper at a cemetery in Santa Rosa is behind bars on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon after allegedly firing a gun on the property. Alejandro Guerrero-Barragan is accused of opening fire near a man he confronted at Santa Rosa Memorial Park on Saturday morning. The alleged victim tells police he was talking on his cellphone when the groundskeeper accused him of yelling at the cemetery. The man says Guerrero-Barragan then pulled out a gun and fired it at the ground near him. The gun has not been found but a shell casing was recovered by police. No one was injured.
