Police say they’ve arrested two teenagers in connection to a gang-related shooting that injured a 17-year-old boy. The Santa Rosa Police Department says officers arrested 19-year-old Ramiro Maldonado of Petaluma yesterday along with an unidentified 17-year-old Santa Rosa boy. Police say the younger suspect was already on felony probation for a previous shooting believed to be gang-related. The teens are accused of shooting a 17-year-old boy in a targeted, gang-related attack in the South Park neighborhood on Tuesday. The victim was hospitalized and has since been released.
