Authorities believe they know who fell off a Mendocino County cliff near Big River Beach into the Pacific Ocean. The sheriff’s office says that 38-year-old Quinn Greene fell into the ocean this past Saturday night. Authorities searched Saturday and most of Sunday before suspending the search. The area has been used by homeless people for camping, sometimes in large groups. How Greene fell in is still undetermined.
