More than 2,300 PG&E customers in west Windsor have their power back on. Their power went out shortly after 1 o’clock Tuesday afternoon. PG&E says an animal got caught in some overhead electrical equipment. It’s unclear what type of animal it was or if it survived. The outage only lasted about an hour.
