Authorities are still trying to figure out what caused a deadly single-car crash on Highway 101 in Cotati. The driver who was killed has been identified as a 56-year-old Peter Madjar from Santa Rosa. On Sunday morning, he drifted off the south side of the highway, hit a freeway sign, then hit a large redwood tree. The California Highway Patrol is leading the investigation.
